Passionate about cultivating a better work environment, I've dedicated over two years to volunteering at Baker Hughes. Leading our local Diversity and Inclusion group, my goal is to foster a workplace where everyone feels valued and connected. In addition, I spearhead our Living Well group in Celle, focusing on physical and mental well-being. As a certified coach, I bring my coaching skills to my volunteer work, providing support and guidance to colleagues. This commitment serves as a fulfilling counterbalance to my role in the Controllership department, where I lead a team of women across the Eastern hemisphere. By blending professional excellence with community engagement and personal growth, I strive to make a positive impact in both realms.
